Case Study
A locals waste management company, established for over three years, was looking to improve its environmental performance and gain higher accreditation through the Environment Agency.
Sphere undertook a detailed gap analysis to compare the organisations operations with respect to ISO 14001 functionality. Sphere was then able to produce a cohesive action plan based on SMART principles which allowed the organisation to:

The environmental management system was developed to be simple to operate and easy to report areas of environmental incident or near miss. The actions and documentation required where completed within a short time frame.
